“Eight companies have been named as finalists for this year’s excellence in insurtech Finnie award from FinTech Australia.

Credit Clear, Curium, Fetch Pet Health, KOBA Insurance, the FreightSafe Group, uBind, Upcover and Wilbur are up for the award sponsored by IAG Firemark Ventures.

This year’s Finnies drew more than 322 entries across 19 categories, leading to a shortlist of 154 finalists. 

“We have once again been overwhelmed by the quality of the entries we’ve seen for the annual Finnie Awards,” FinTech Australia CEO Rehan D’Almeida said.

“We wish the finalists the best of luck as we head into the next round of judging.”

The insurtech category winner will be announced at Sydney’s Doltone House at Jones Wharf on June 6.”
